Wheat bread with bran
Hlebopek I am a novice. You do not have a bread machine, knead the dough the old fashioned way, with pens and baked in the oven. But I am not annoying! Decided to bake bread with bran is the most simple, without any bells and whistles. Turned out to be surprisingly delicious bread! Share with you, maybe someone come in handy. The oven I have is small, so make a batch on a small buhanku.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    340 g

  • Bran

    40 g

  • Olive oil

    20 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Sugar

    5 g

  • Water

    260 ml

Cooking

Mix the flour with bran, gluten and yeast, add salt and sugar. Water mixed with oil slightly heated. Pour into the dry mixture, knead elastic dough. Cover it with film and put in a warm place for an hour. Then abenaim, put into the form, lubricated with oil (I used a silicone cake tin). Cover with a damp towel and let go.

Then make cuts with a plastic knife or spatula. This must be done in order for the bread when baking is not cracked.

Again cover and allow to come-ten minutes.

Lubricated with a little water. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees for ten minutes, and then diminish the temperature to 180 and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Ready bread remove from the mold on a Board, cover with a towel and let cool.
