Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Pasta chocolate

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Glaze

  • The food dye

  • Topping pastry

  • Candy

Whisk eggs with salt and connect with the yolks, warm milk, sugar and yeast. Add softened butter and mix.

Enter the sifted flour and knead a soft dough (no lumps)

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours before increasing in volume in two. Ebonite approaching the dough, add the pineapple. Take a piece (up to 4 tablespoons) and mix with chocolate paste and cocoa.

The rest divide dough into 2 unequal parts. A smaller part will lay on the bottom of the form lubricated with oil.

In the centre lay the chocolate dough and cover with the remaining batter. Leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Bake the cake at 180C for 35-40min.

Decorate ready cake icing protein (whites whipped with sugar ) colored food coloring, draw flowers, paste candy, mm&s, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles.
