Pear sambuk
Gentle cool dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    500 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    80 ml

Cooking

Soak gelatin in 50 ml of water (15-30 minutes). Peel the pears, cut. Add to the pan, add 30 ml of water.

Cook the pears under the cover for 10-20 minutes (until soft), then stir. Preroute blender. Add the soaked gelatin, stir until dissolved gelatin.

Proteins whisk in cool foam

Enter 1/3 of proteins to the pear, stir (bottom-up ). Enter the remaining proteins, stir.

Pour into molds. Put in the refrigerator (4 hours). Before serving you can decorate.
