Pork in soy sauce with ginger
It turns out very tender soft meat.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    150 g

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Wash and dry meat, cut into slices (as you like)

Each slice to beat with a hammer.

Make the marinade: mix in a Cup of soy sauce and grated ginger root

Soak in this marinade the meat for about 30 min.

Take out the meat from the marinade and fry on both sides in oil, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
