Cooking

step-0
Oat flakes are dried on a dry pan for five minutes. This will enhance the nutty flavor.
step-1
Finely chop pomelo,
step-2
Nuts,
step-3
Raisins wash and dry;
step-4
Sift the flour;
step-5
Mix well all dry ingredients.
step-6
Perhaps the most time consuming process in cooking: add the softened butter and butter-vegetable oil and mix with your hands until smooth.
step-7
Should get here so tiny. Pour in the half Cup of water and quickly knead the dough. Should get a plastic mass. Photos of this process I somehow not found.. probably it was too busy, forgot to capture.)))
step-8
A baking sheet covered with parchment paper, grease with oil and form balls with a diameter of 3 cm, I got 42 pieces.
step-9
The dough will be quite sticky, so it is more convenient to work with a teaspoon dipped in cold water.
step-10
Then I attach the rosette shape of a mallet, dipped in water. It is unlikely that such there are in every modern housewife))) But You can use a hammer for meat.
step-11
So in just a few seconds, we get a fun pattern on the cookies.))
step-12
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
step-13
To store this cookie should be in a sealed container (metal tin container).
step-14
I don't know if You have to... because the aroma while cooking is awesome, but the cookies are better to eat on the third day - then it is very tasty!
