Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    10 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

Prepare all the products.

Apples RUB on a medium grater.

Ginger also grated.

Mix the ginger and apples and add the sugar.

Cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Wait until our mixture has cooled. Soak the gelatin and wait until it swells. Add it to the mixture and cook for another 5 minutes until boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and stir to release as much moisture as possible.

Then we put our mixture in a flat shape, covered with parchment.

Dry 2-3 days at room temperature, then put in the fridge and keep there one day. If you want the marmalade was a solid, dry 2-3 days, then cut into slices, dip them in sugar and dry in 1 day, but not in the refrigerator. Prepare how you want, and serve!!!
