  • Pork

  • Beer

    0.5 l

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fat

    30 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Carnation

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

Meat cut into small pieces and put it in the pan. Beer mixed with vinegar, add the raisins, cloves, peppercorns and salt.
