Cooking
Meat cut into small pieces and put it in the pan. Beer mixed with vinegar, add the raisins, cloves, peppercorns and salt.
Pour the meat and leave to marinate for a day.
Then take out the meat and carefully wipe. Onion and bacon cut into small cubes. Melt the fat in a saucepan, add sunflower oil, meat and onions. All mix well
and fry the meat until Golden brown. Pour in the strained marinade, cover with a lid and stew until ready.
