Layer cake
Swiss cake of puff pastry stuffed with 7 products. This cake can be used as a complement to the broth, like a full second and even as a savory dessert.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Bacon

    300 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Bacon cut into thin strips and fry in a dry frying pan for 5-7 minutes.

The leek and chop the onion and fry in bacon grease until soft 5-7 minutes.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Apples and pears peel and cut into small cubes.

Roll the dough according to the size of the form.

Place the filling in layers in the following order: potatoes, onion, bacon, apples with pears. And the last layer of diced cheese. Stuffing season with ground pepper.

Cover pie with the other pastry sheet, brush with egg yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
