Cooking
Ingredients - ricotta, plums. butter, flour, egg, almonds, salt. Time to prepare the dough for 10 minutes, cooling the dough for 20 minutes, cut the dough 10 minutes, bake the croissants for 20 minutes.
In a bowl put the ricotta, pour the melted butter, pour the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
Knead well and remove the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes - 30.
The dough froze and became flexible. I divided it into three parts. Roll into squares and sprinkled the almonds. Each square was divided with a knife into two parts due to triangles. Wide side cut 5 cm in the middle. Candy put in the center and spun a croissant. Egg whipped with vanilla.
The top of each croissant smeared with egg and sprinkled with almond petals. Put to bake in preheated oven 180 gr. in for 20 minutes.
Croissance turned out soft and romanticise!
Inside the croissants I put a half of a truffle, because candy a large.
And this puff pastry. Divided it into 5 parts. Each part was cut into two triangles.
Put in the center half of the candy and twirled a croissant.
They got 10 pieces. Oiled every egg and sprinkled on top of coconut.
Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
This is my expert. Said that is possible.
The chocolate is melted, but does not leak. Those delicious croissants and more. With ricotta, the taste was odd, I liked it more.
