Croissant dough Riccati
Croissants for my family. But who doesn't? Today I first made them from the test rickety.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Ingredients - ricotta, plums. butter, flour, egg, almonds, salt. Time to prepare the dough for 10 minutes, cooling the dough for 20 minutes, cut the dough 10 minutes, bake the croissants for 20 minutes.

In a bowl put the ricotta, pour the melted butter, pour the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt.

Knead well and remove the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes - 30.

The dough froze and became flexible. I divided it into three parts. Roll into squares and sprinkled the almonds. Each square was divided with a knife into two parts due to triangles. Wide side cut 5 cm in the middle. Candy put in the center and spun a croissant. Egg whipped with vanilla.
