As a pudding I once read it somewhere. Recently remembered the recipe and decided to repeat.
Ingredients

Minced meat
500 g

Onion
1 piece

Chicken egg
3 piece

Bread crumbs
Cooking
Protein vzbit in a solid foam. Onions chop and fry with vegetable oil. Forcemeat mix with egg yolks, salt, spices and onions. Add the whites and stir gently.
Put into a form, sprinkle panirovochnymi breadcrumbs, put slices of butter. And bake until done.
Cut into pieces and serve.
