Shrimp sauce kiwi
A very simple dish with very simple sauce, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    700 g

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Vegetable oil

Shrimp clear from the shell, pour in the white wine and leave for 20 minutes. Do not repeat my mistakes: take shrimp large or medium-sized, not small like I did – was tortured to clean them :\'(

Proteins whip with a little salt. Shrimp dry with paper towels.

To combine shrimp and protein, add cornstarch and mix well.

In a pan, fry shrimp until Golden brown in sunflower oil. In the same oil then lightly fry the chopped walnuts.

Kiwi peel and remove the core with seeds.

The pulp to wipe through a sieve with a spoon.

To the kiwi juice add 1 tbsp of white wine and stir.

On a plate pour the sauce, sprinkle the shrimp.

Sprinkle with nuts and decorate with slices of kiwi!
