Manna pie in the sky
Dear cooks, I want to offer you a dessert of semolina. Festive, delicious, very tasty. Very gentle, sweet-sour zapekanka will impress you and your guests.

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Red currants

    250 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

Mix the milk+100g sugar+ chips. salt. Stirring bring to the boil and remove from heat. Carefully pour semolina and stir. Give a little stand. After a beat with a blender ( but not necessarily).

For this dessert I used semolina TM "Mistral". Turn on the oven at 180 gr.

Proteins separated from the yolks. Yolks +30g of butter to whisk, add in the semolina mixture and mix well.

Form grease with oil, put the semolina mass. Bake in the oven for 20 min. to put aside some currants for decoration. 5 minutes until done, beat the whites to a thick foam and mix with currants ( can be any small berry).

Remove the pan from the oven, Socrate up to 170gr. Place proteins on top with currants. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar+cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes.

This is wonderful and rosy from duhovochku. Give the casserole to cool.

Porite into serving pieces and serve. Before serving, decorate the deferred currants and sprinkle sah. powder. You can decorate with mint leaves.
