Pasta with meat and vegetables
These noodles save me always when you need to quickly prepare something delicious.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The meat (I had veal) cut into thin slices, like beef Stroganoff and fry over high heat until Golden brown.

Add to the meat finely chopped onion and mixture of vegetables.

Continue to fry over high heat, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes. Tomato paste dilute in 0.5 glass of water, pour the meat and vegetables. Salt, pepper and give another 5 minutes to simmer.

Boiled (slightly undercooked) pasta, add to meat and vegetables, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Ready! Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Bon Appetit.
