Delicious and flavorful dish. Simple in preparation but the result is impressive. One can even say 2 to 1. Meat and sauce in one dish.

Cooking
The chicken (I had 2 legs and wings) serve cut into slices. Salt and ground black pepper, mix and roll the chicken pieces in this mixture. Let stand for 40 minutes. Too much salt is not necessary, as the juice is salty. But this is to Your taste. Lay the chicken pieces in the pot.
Ginger RUB on a small grater, to get about 1.5 tsp.
Pour tomato juice in a saucepan. I was home cooked and thick. So I'm a little lit it with water.
Into juice add spices, ginger and crushed garlic.
Mix well the juice with the spices and pour them in the pot with the meat.
Preheat the oven to 200-220°C and put a pot for 40-50 minutes. After simmering in the oven take it out and serve with your favourite side dish. Bon appetit!!
