Veal with cream and mustard
A delicious sauce for this dish is suitable to Turkey breast and chicken. The minimum time and maximum pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Sage

    6 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    30 g

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Fry chopped onion along with the sage.

While fried onions, cut the meat into small pieces.

From the bow to remove the sage and add to meat.

In roasted meat pour in the wine and allow to evaporate.

Mix in a separate bowl, cream and mustard. Pour the mixture to the meat, cover and cook until thick. Can be served with mashed potatoes.
