Plachinda
Moldavian pie or plachinda — Moldovan special kind of cake. Often use cheese, cheese as a filling, and generally there you can put anything. The very preparation takes a minimum of effort.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Take the flour, pour salt, add water. Knead the dough.

Kneaded, it is advisable to leave it for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough, add the filling (in my case, it's potatoes with onions).

Fastened, as like the presses, so to get a pellet (I have quite thick since doing the first time).
step-4
Fry in sunflower oil.
