These pies are well suited for first courses instead of bread.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    3 piece

In the water beat the egg, add a little salt and vinegar and whisk.

RUB the flour with the margarine. Add water, egg and knead the dough.

The dough turns soft and elastic. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Boiled eggs finely chop, onion chop and fry. All combine, season with salt and pepper. Add the dill.

Hearts clean from the films and extra parts, finely chopped, add to eggs.

Roll the dough and saucer cut out circles.
