Fish "chestnuts" is a hot snack that is nutritionally and taste properties are not inferior to any meat dish. And on top of that, it's delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Bread

    50 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    20 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fish fillet and bread, previously soaked in water or milk, mince. Add 1/2 the eggs, salt, pepper, mix well.

From minced meat to make tortillas, in the center of which put the filling of chopped eggs and green onions.

Dip each ball in slightly beaten egg, then roll in flour or breadcrumbs. Fry "chestnuts" in a large amount of vegetable oil.
