Roll with cheese and mushrooms
Meatloaf of minced meat mixed with stuffing, baked in the oven. Juicy, hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Mix 1 onion, soaked in milk bread, beef, egg, salt, pepper.

The second onion cut into half rings and fry until transparent.

Add the mushrooms and fry until soft.

Add salt, pepper, sour cream and bring to readiness.

Spread out on the table the plastic wrap and spread stuffing in a layer of 2 cm.

On top put the mushrooms.

Sprinkle with the cheese.

Roll a roll using film.

Roll wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at t 200.
