Macaroon
Soft almond cookies with a hint of lemon can decorate Your Christmas tea party. Tender, flavorful, rich almonds.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Almonds

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • White chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

To prepare the products. Melt butter and cool. Walnut peel and chop (4-5 pieces leave for decoration, not chopped).

Sift the flour with the baking powder Dr. Oetker.

Add lemon zest, milk, butter, eggs.

Knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film in a sausage with a diameter of about 3 cm.. Put in freezer for 1 hour.

Cut the dough inch by inch, spread on a baking paper. Deferred sprinkle with almonds. In the middle insert a thin slice of almond.

Put in oven for 20-25 minutes (165-170 degrees). Cookies cool. Rastopit chocolate and fluff them the edges of the pastry.
