Just say that originality is not claimed, the usual chicken cutlets (of course delicious), interesting way of presenting. Designed for a buffet table.

Cooking
To prepare the stuffing of these products (I just downloaded blender and shredded).
To cook the breading, I was ready, like this:
Roll of forcemeat balls, each ball roll in breadcrumbs. Strung on skewers in the following order: ball, mushroom ball.
Fry both sides in a skillet.
