Vegetable casserole with mushrooms
Tasty, easy dish:cauliflower cabbage, mushrooms in a mild sauce. The least trouble in the kitchen, but the excellent dinner provided!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    0.5 plug

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Boil cauliflower for 3-4minuty in boiling water,adding salt.

mushrooms (I took mushrooms raw, but it is better to take the vixen a taste of the thinner-chanterelles pre-boil!!!)cut in half and a small size as a whole.

in the form give 1 spoon of sunflower oil.add the mushrooms.fry for 3-4 minutes.add sliced onions

Lightly fry onion,add boiled cauliflower.Salt, pepper, add sliced tomato

Prepare sauce: beat eggs, add milk, sour cream and grated cheese.

pour the sauce over the cabbage with mushrooms, + greens in a hot oven for 15 minutes
