Cooking
1. Fry the mince for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add kidney beans and simmer all together a few moments.
3. Then place them into the pan of tomato juice and paste, soy sauce, greens, garlic, spices. Leave the whole thing to stew for 15 minutes.
4. The sheet of lavash put on the bottom of the form, then ½ the resulting stew.
5. On the second sheet, the remaining half of the stew, cover with the third sheet. Mayonnaise, top with cheese (I sliced thinly, it is possible to RUB on a grater). Bake for 15 minutes.
