Cooking
In a bowl place the egg yolks, cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. of honey and cream.
Mix with a mixer, gradually powdering the cornmeal until smooth.
Apples cleaned and cut into slices. At the bottom of the Zepter pot pour in 2 tbsp of honey to put on top of apples.
Apples spread cottage cheese mixture, cover the saucepan with a lid.
To put the Zepter pot on low heat and wait until the arrow of the controller reaches the green fields and cook for 30-35 minutes. Do not forget to periodically remove from the cap condensate. Then remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
By the way the edges of the puddings do not stick to the walls of the saucepan. Remove cover of casserole, cover it with a plate, flip the skillet and shake a couple of times to the casserole out on to the plate. So the casserole was well cut preferably let it cool down. Bon appetit!!!
