Description
Tender, flavorful orange cake (no sugar!). Impregnated with honey, covered with lemon-orange glaze, dark chocolate and orange slices. Of course, you can bake a cake with sugar (1 Cup). BUT then what kind of surprise? :)

Cooking
Grind the orange entirely.
Add the eggs, oil, sour cream, vanilla, mix well.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix everything until smooth.
Put the dough in a detachable form, covered with baking paper and greased sides.
Ready cake hot well lubricated with honey (leave the cake to honey soaked), let it cool down.
Squeeze juice from lemon and orange. In a small bowl pour powdered sugar in a thin stream, add the juice, stirring well until smooth. The mixture should be the consistency of thick cream. Spread the cake with the fondant, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
The orange with a knife to peel and the top film, cut the orange segments without skin. Decorate the cake with orange slices and chocolate pieces. Bon appetit!!!
