Cooking
Knead the dough, the dough should be alive and loosely. If sticky, then when you sculpt cakes, pour flour.
Stuffing - mashed potatoes.
Cut the dough into two parts, to make the sausage, cut it into pieces, roll them in the flour to make the cake, put the filling, close up and a couple of times to walk with a gurney. I'm always hands well priblizno.
Fry in small amount of vegetable oil on low heat. You can pierce with a fork, but I never do.
