Mushrooms Tremella and seafood fried with vegetables in Chinese
Love roasted vegetables with seafood in different variations. Especially in summer when full of fresh vegetables for every taste, this recipe. In the winter I use a ready mix frozen vegetables

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Herring

    200 g

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sauce

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Cooking

Mushrooms Tremella soak in cold water for 30-40 minutes for swelling

Slice the vegetables thin strips. The amount of vegetables, and their composition can be changed depending on your taste.

In a heated wok with vegetable oil alternately place the vegetables (the first ones tighter and be fried longer – carrots, onions). Fry on high heat that the liquid evaporates without cap

Add sweet pepper strips and frozen green beans

Pour soy sauce, a little salt (and no salt) and pepper to taste. Stir gently so not to turn to mush. Bring to the readiness

To prepare the seafood. I have some seafood cocktail, 1 calamari and shrimp (match – all to Your taste)

Drain mushroom water (after swelling mushrooms have a very funny look. They are also called drogalina)

In another pan with hot oil fry the mushrooms and seafood with the addition of oyster sauce (or soy)

Ready vegetables, mushrooms, seafood out onto a plate. BON APPETIT
