Lemon spaghetti
It used to be that pasta I don't like. When I learned this recipe, I immediately remembered the anecdote: "You don't love cats!? Yes, You just do not know how to cook them". By the way, the recipe on the motives of Y. Vysotskaya (slightly adapted to my taste).

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    250 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Basil

In salted water boil the spaghetti. Grate cheese on fine grater. With half a lemon to obtain the zest. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.

Prepare the filling. To do this, mix half of the grated cheese, zest and lemon juice, vegetable oil.
