Chicken in red spicy sauce
Very tasty and juicy the chicken turns out. Of course not everyone likes spicy, but those who love a slight kick - will love.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 cup

  • Butter

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

Cut the chicken into pieces, fry in butter until Golden brown. Fried folded into a saucepan, cover with water and simmer until tender.

While the chicken cooked, onions finely cut, carrots on a large grater and fry vegetables in butter. When vegetables are brown, add tomato, a little boiled. Add pepper and flour, gently stir and switch off.

When the chicken is ready, pour the fried and boil on slow heat for 7-10 minutes. You can serve it with any side dish. Bon appetit!
