Every time gathering with friends on a picnic, take these cakes (if you can call it that), in appearance they resemble pancakes, though, if you fry them in deep fat, they look quite different. Simple to prepare, very satisfying. It is possible to prepare not only for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Dill

  • Milk

    150 ml

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve salt, sugar, yeast. Stir well, add the egg and oil.

Add the flour. Mix well until smooth (the dough resembles sour cream). Set in warm for about 30 minutes.

In this time, prepare the stuffing. Grind in a blender chicken fillet with onion, add the finely chopped dill. Add to the dough. Mix well with a wooden spoon.

Put the dough on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper, a spoonful at a distance from each other. This dough can be fried in deep fat.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
