Meatballs in mustard sauce
Good evening. We love burgers , but not simple, and some catchy))). I propose You a simple and delicious recipe meatballs. You can join the table and a casual lunch. Recipe read in the magazine "School of Gastronome". Bon appetit)))

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Sauce

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    400 ml

Mix: ground meat, finely chopped Onion (I RUB on a grater), squeeze the garlic, add the finely chopped parsley, 1 egg. Are ready season the mince with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Whip the cream, add the mustard.

Roll cutlets from minced meat and fry in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
