Cooking
1. Cook the pastry on the dough. Two tablespoons of sifted flour mixed with dry yeast. Add sugar and cold water stir. Put the dough in a warm place until the formation of the foam cap.
2. In the dough add a large egg, warm milk, salt and melted butter.
3. Then add the remaining sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with a dry towel and put in warm place to rise 2 times. The photo has "lift" the dough.
4. When the dough again will be in, in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil (only once) and well warmed up. Bake pancakes, pouring the batter tablespoon. With the sharp end of the spoon pancakes turn out round, the side - oblong.
5. Whisk the sour cream with powdered sugar and served with pancakes.
