Pies with apples
For these pies used the dough on kefir. The modeling of pies like sculpting dumplings. I recommend this recipe to all lovers of Apple pastries.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Brown sugar

  • Apple

    2 piece

In the sifted flour, add margarine, grated on a coarse grater.

Knead the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

To close up the pies as the dumplings. Bake in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for 20 minutes. Because I have a gas oven and heated only from below, I turned the cakes after Browning one side.
