I understand that the season of this wonderful berry has passed. Well, I do not have time all the time... However, allow me to present to you this wonderful recipe of cupcakes. Strawberry, chocolate... the Recipe is from Olga Athens ("Sweet Chronicles")

Cooking
To prepare the strawberries (cut into small cubes) and chocolate (chopped not very finely)
Beat softened butter and sugar until air condition (about 5-10 minutes)
Enter the weight of the eggs one by one whisking each time until complete mixing.
Then, a thin trickle pour in the milk and whisk until smooth.
Mix flour with baking powder, soda and salt. To enter in mass. Mix well. Then add the chocolate and strawberries.
Use streusel, mixing all of the components.
In a baking dish put paper capsules and fill them 2/3 of the dough, sprinkle on a spoon of stresses.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes (check out the splinter). After 10 minutes, put the cupcakes on the grill until cool.
