Onion quiche with pear and cheese
Very tasty and rich quiche. Cheese can be replaced with cottage cheese, in this case add salt. We enjoyed its rich taste. Go! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

Mix by hand the flour and butter.

Add egg yolk, water, salt and pepper.

Quickly knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Filling. Red onion and cut into thin half-rings.

Pears peel, remove seeds and cut into pieces

In a pan heat the oil, add the onion and a pear. Add sugar. Mix well. On medium heat simmer for 30 minutes. Sometimes slightly to mix.
