In principle, the usual cutlets with mushrooms and cheese, but I wanted to practice making before Valentine's day :-)

Cooking
Grind in a blender onion, garlic and herbs (can the same be done on the grinder).
Add to the onions, garlic and greens stuffing.
Carrots grate on a fine grater and add to the mince.
Mix well, add salt, season with spices. Add one raw egg and again mix well.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil, add a little water. To form patties in the shape of a heart, but in the middle to leave a hole for stuffing. And put in a preheated oven at 200*C for 40 minutes.
Now prepare the filling. Mushrooms small to cut and fry on vegetable oil, then lay them on a napkin to glass oil. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
40 minutes to get ready burgers, in the deepening put the mushrooms, sprinkle top with cheese and into the oven for 7-10 minutes so the cheese is well melted.
Then take out of the oven. Patties ready for your favorite! Serve either with a garnish, or as a separate dish! All a pleasant appetite! :-)
