Spaghetti
My husband does not like rice, but loves spaghetti. Please!!! Awesome rice spaghetti with equally tasty sauce. The first time I tried the bean sprouts in this form, was sooo exciting.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sprouts

    200 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Spaghetti

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into strips, fry in very hot pan with olive oil.

After 2 minutes add the onion straws.

Add the pepper strips.

Squeeze the garlic. Fry all over high heat 3 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts. I bought already sprouted, but you can sprout yourself.

Add the soy sauce. If you need doselevel. I thought enough salt.

Now cover it and stew for 7 minutes on very low heat.

At the beginning of cooking, put water for pasta. When it boils, podsalvage (slightly) and add a little olive oil. My spaghetti was brown rice. Very tasty. Highly recommend. Elastic, does not stick together, and use more. Here's the photo.

Cook until cooked as written on the packaging.

Ready spaghetti recline in a colander and spread to the vegetables. Mix well. Warmed a few minutes on small fire.

Spread on a plate. I was decorated with tomato and capsicum. Bon appetit!!!
