Pancakes with vegetables. These pancakes make for those who are not fond of pumpkin and some other vegetables. The pancakes are soft, rich and delicious.

  • Pumpkin

  • Onion

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

    150 ml

In a food processor on a coarse grater shredded vegetables. In a frying pan in sunflower oil for 10 minutes, put the vegetables with the onions - until soft.
