Cooking
Vegetables - pumpkin, cabbage, carrots and celery.
In a food processor on a coarse grater shredded vegetables. In a frying pan in sunflower oil for 10 minutes, put the vegetables with the onions - until soft.
In the capacity poured milk and water. Sifted flour. Broke eggs, put sugar, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and citric acid. Poured sunflower oil. Steamed vegetables were placed in the dough and shredded a hand blender.
In a pan, without oil fried pancakes. It took about an hour.
