Rice balls with jam
Very effective and fast diet dish.

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Boil the rice according to instructions. We need the rice was sticky. Cook with a pinch of salt. After the rice is tender, leave it on for 10-15 minutes under the lid.

In a small bowl, mix lemon juice with sugar.

Add mixture to rice, mix well and allow to cool.

Wet hand formed rice balls, make them in the recess placed at the deepening of jam (no liquid, I have a low-calorie cherry D'arbo)...

... and shape the meatballs. The rice is sticky, so if needed it can be added.
