Cooking
Boil the rice according to instructions. We need the rice was sticky. Cook with a pinch of salt. After the rice is tender, leave it on for 10-15 minutes under the lid.
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice with sugar.
Add mixture to rice, mix well and allow to cool.
Wet hand formed rice balls, make them in the recess placed at the deepening of jam (no liquid, I have a low-calorie cherry D'arbo)...
... and shape the meatballs. The rice is sticky, so if needed it can be added.
In principle, the bulbs can be left open. Too beautiful.
Serve, pouring syrup from the same jam, or any other. A few ideas along the way: - in the pic you can add more sugar if desired; - jam for the filling can be mixed with any nuts; - the filling can be anything: nuts with honey, dried fruit, dried fruit, raisins, thick jam...
