Collecting red currants, once again, thinking - it's probably my favorite berry - no black, no strawberries, no raspberries... Decided to join in this cake everything I like meringue, oatmeal cookies, and of course red currants. I invite you to enjoy!

Cooking
Mix dry ingredients : oat flakes "Hercules" from TM Mistral, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
