Curd pie with dried apples
Long ago I had idea to add to the cheesecake dried apples. That's what happened. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    850 g

  • Brown sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Corn starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Phyllo dough

    200 g

Cooking

step-0
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, corn starch and cinnamon. I used a mixer. Mix until smooth. You can use a mixer or blender.
step-1
Melt the butter. I used the microwave. (I usually put it on the bottom of the baking paper and leave the edges, so easy to pull out a pie. Today, I somehow missed this point.) Grease a baking dish with a brush and lay the sheets of Filo pastry. A minimum of two. I decided to make the layers thicker. Grease each layer with butter.
step-2
Put half of the cottage cheese filling on the dough. Distribute the filling on slices of Apple.
step-3
Imbedded apples in the stuffing and a little spread on top of curd.
step-4
Cover with several sheets of phyllo dough and brush with oil.
step-5
If desired, cover again with pasta sheets.
step-6
Spread the remaining stuffing and gun it in her apples.
step-7
Cover with sheets of phyllo dough. Lubricate top with oil and sprinkle to taste with sugar. To include a warming oven 180*. To submit the form in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Be guided by Your oven!!!
step-8
If sugar is not melted, so a little oil on top, just spray the top of the cake with water for 5-10 minutes until tender and you can include grill or convection. That's all. The cake is ready!!! Let it cool slightly in the form. And Bon appetit!!!
