  • Flour

  • Rye flour

    300 g

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

In a bowl for dough, put yeast, sugar, salt and butter

Knead the dough. I kneaded by hand. The process takes about 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a bun, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours
