Cooking
Boil the rice until soft.
Dried apricots cut into pieces.
Take half butter and spread on the pan.
Add the raisins, dried apricots, nuts, and fry in butter for 5 minutes.
The cinnamon and cloves. ( My cloves were not). Stir.
Melt the remaining butter.
And add it to ground. Mix well.
Stuffed with minced chicken.
If a lot of stuffing, you can stuff the chicken with the side of the neck and sew.
RUB the chicken with salt. Want to grease with mayonnaise.
Add to the pan 1/2st hot water in the oven. Bake until ready. If necessary, add water.
