Cooking
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Cut fillet pieces and remove from marinade. Leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
Mix all ingredients of batter. Add water until this consistency.
Preheat the fryer. Pieces of marinated chicken dipped in batter and fry until Golden brown (not peresushivaya). Put on a napkin to soak up excess fat.
Mix all the ingredients for sauce and heat over low heat, stirring until lightly thickened. Put the chicken in the pan, pour the sauce and shake well or stir, sauce should be evenly distributed over the surface. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
