Lemon scones with chocolate orange frosting
I represent to Your attention a delicious citrus scones with nuts for the Lenten holidays. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Orange juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

  • Powdered sugar

    75 g

Cooking

With lemon to remove the zest, squeeze the juice, add sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour vegetable oil Oleina.

Pour the flour with soda and vanilla.

Add the chopped almonds.

Knead the dough that does not stick to hands, adding a little flour if necessary.

Pagpalit work surface with flour, roll out the dough with a thickness of 1,5-2 cm, cut out circles (I have 12 PCs.), transfer on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Bake at 200*C for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

For glaze, mix powdered sugar, juice and zest of orange.

Cover the scones.
