I continue to invent new dishes, where you can discreetly use zucchini. The result - a delicious meatloaf with stuffing.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Tkemali

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Zucchini clean, grate on a fine grater, mix with minced meat, add the breadcrumbs, salt, egg, knead well.
