Roast with mushrooms
So I fried potatoes with fresh mushrooms. It seems nothing special, but tasty. My mom's prescription.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fresh mushrooms clean, chop, boil in salted water for 20 minutes.

Potatoes cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the mushrooms, stir, put the roughly chopped onion. Cover and saute 7-10 minutes.

Stir and simmer until cooked potatoes. Shortly before readiness to add salt and pepper and add 2 tbsp of sour cream. Mix well. Bon appetit!
