Cooking
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Add the vegetable oil Oleina.
Measure the buckwheat flour, I have a Latvian production.
Pour both types of flour in the bread machine. Add salt, sugar.
Turn on the program "dough" (1 hour 30 minutes) and pour the liquid composition into the flour.
Clean nuts, to break to pieces.
Pour the nuts in the kneading process in the bread machine.
Waiting for the dough rise.
Transfer the dough on Board with flour, form the loaf, to make cuts.
Then transfer in a form and with greased parchment Oleina.
To leave the delay (15-20 minutes), cover it with a towel.
Before baking grease the top with a brush dipped in water, and send in a preheated 200* oven.
Bake until it will turn brown. If you don't want a heavily browned crust, turn down in a few minutes the oven to 180*. My bread took all the small rectangular shape. Baked 20-25 minutes.
Cut when completely cooled.
Fragrant soft bread turned out!
Suitable for tea and for lunch a versatile bread.
