Pancake rolls with fruit salsa
Very delicate and fragrant pancakes with fruit, beautiful dessert. This dessert will delight both children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Compote

    200 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl mix warm milk and water.

Add eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and flour, mix everything together and whisk for 1 minute with a mixer to dissolve the clumps.
