Cooking
Wash the meat,dry and cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle with salt,pepper,cinnamon and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
While meat is roasting,peel the onion and finely chop.
To the meat add the onion and lightly fry.
This time, finely chop washed parsley.
Meat with onions to shift in a deep bowl,pour a large enough amount of herbs(I had parsley),cover with a plate and leave for 20 minutes.
And,at this time, make the sauce: Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
